  1. INTRODUCTION

Finpact Development Foundation (FINDEF) is a registered Nigerian non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations through integrated humanitarian and development programmes in Nutrition, WASH, Food Security and Livelihoods, and Protection.

FINDEF invites interested and qualified vendors to submit quotations for the provision of reliable and cost-effective vehicle rental services to support our programme activities across the Northwest region. This pre-qualification exercise aims to identify and engage competent vendors who can provide safe, well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers to support our field operations.

Contract Duration: One (1) year, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
Award Type: One or more vendors may be awarded the contract.

  1. SCOPE OF WORK

The selected vendor(s) shall be responsible for the following:

Requirement Details
Vehicle Type Sedan and SUV cars
Geographic Coverage Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto, and Kebbi States (including all LGAs)
Service Inclusions Provision of vehicles with dedicated drivers; comprehensive insurance coverage; GPS-tracking system; fuel and maintenance costs
Support Services 24/7 customer support; prompt vehicle replacement within 24 hours of breakdown
Compliance Adherence to all local traffic regulations and safety standards
Vehicle Maintenance Regular maintenance and cleaning of vehicles
Documentation Drivers to complete daily vehicle logbooks (destination, date, driver’s name, plate number, start/end time per trip, and mileage)
Take-off Point State capitals for each respective state

  1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

All interested vendors must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  1. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including Articles of Association (Forms CAC2 and CAC7).

  2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, valid till 31st December 2025.

  3. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least two (2) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years, including Letters of Award and Job Completion Certificates.

Gokana Local Government Council hereby expresses her intention to undertake procurement of works for the Construction of the aforementioned project and hereby invites competent and experienced contractors to submit BIDS.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK

PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION of PALACE of GBENEMENE of GOKANA at GIO KOO COMMUNITY
DESCRIPTION: A Storey building on one suspended floor, consisting of substructure, superstructure, sand-crete blockwork, roof works, windows, doors, finely finished interior and exterior with elaborate external works amongst others is to be developed. The scope includes electrical, mechanical landscaping and horticulture works.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Interested contractors/bidders in this field are required to submit the following:
1. Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission – Certification of Incorporation; Memorandum and articles of Association; CAC Forms Co7, C02 or CAC Form 1.1 and other relevant documentation.
2. Evidence of VAT registration and Tax registration number (TIN).
3. Detailed Company profile with registered address: not P.O.BOX, or P.M.B, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization.
4. The Company’s Rivers State Development Levy receipts for three (3) consecutive years (year of tender inclusive) or intendment to pay.
5. Evidence of payment of Company Tax and returns (tax clearance certificate) for the last three (3) years.

1. INTRODUCTION:
Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited (SDWPL), a Chevron company and operator of the Agbami field on behalf of its partners (NNPC Limited, FAMFA Oil Limited, Meren Nigeria S2 Limited, Chappal Energy Offshore Limited, and Texaco Nigeria Outershelf Limited) invites interested and prequalified companies to this tender opportunity for the provision of Subsea Intervention Vessel on a call-out basis.

The proposed contract commencement is Q3 2027, with a proposed term of five (5) years with two (2) years option to extend.

2. SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work for the services includes, but is not limited to, the Supply of Subsea Intervention Vessel with DP2 system, certified to an appropriate classification society, with the following capabilities:

– Provision of equipment, underwater intervention and engineering services as specified herein.
– Provision of Crewed Intervention vessel with Heave compensated crane for IRM, Light construction support (Including running Subsea Christmas Trees), and Intervention into subsea facilities (including trees, manifolds, flowlines, jumpers, etc.). Intervention activities may include pumping of acid into subsea facilities, scale squeeze jobs, hydrate remediation, and installation and replacement of subsea equipment.
– Operational support to Agbami FPSO
– Provision of Work Class ROVs
– Engineering Services for Subsea Integrity Management
– Equipment Criticality Assessment
– Subsea Inspection Planning and Scheduling
– Subsea Equipment Integrity Assessment
– Design and fabrication of Subsea tooling and equipment in support of IRM, Light construction, and Intervention activities as described above.
– Provision of qualified crew/personnel to operate the Equipment and perform the service.
– 1x Electro Hydraulic knuckle arm with ISO Ton capacity at 2000m water depth, over 20% over-pull capacity; Heave Compensated, direct communications link to bridge and Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) control room.
– 1x Electrohydraulic knuckle arm with 20T capacity at 2000m water depth, over 20% over-pull capacity, Active Heave Compensated (+/- 2.0 – 2.5 Hs @ 8s), direct communications link to bridge and ROV control room.
– Maintenance of company provided ROV tooling and Running Equipment
– The WORK that the CONTRACTOR will be required to carry out will include but is not limited to Light construction support, Intervention into subsea facilities, routine and non-routine Inspection, Repair and Maintenance of facilities installed in fields operated within Nigerian waters by the COMPANY. The work will be scheduled and planned whenever possible. Unplanned interventions will be accommodated on a prioritized basis.
– It is the intention to identify annual work scopes from IRM, subsea construction and Intervention activities to CONTRACTOR annually. This will allow the planning and scheduling of the intervention vessel with the optimum efficiency and potentially allow for the sharing of the intervention vessel with other operating companies in the West African operational areas. During periods when the vessel is assigned to another operating company, all associated intervention vessel costs shall be billed by vessel owner to vessel assignee for the period of the vessel assignment.
– The Contractor will be required to oversee, co-ordinate, plan and schedule all the work, in conjunction with the Company. The Contractor will be required to appoint a Project Manager, who shall, at the Company’s discretion attend regular co-ordination meetings between the Company and the Contractor.
– The Contractor shall dedicate a Project Team defined as Onshore Project Support Team to the Contract. The Project Manager shall lead the Project Team.
– The Contractor shall provide a reliable Company compatible electronic mail service between the Company, the Contractor and the Worksite.
